由於是父親節期，本集的【In My Life當我想起你…】人物故事單元，我們直接分享Yusuf/Cat Stevens 1970年創寫的歌曲 Father and Son (父與子)，這是一段父子之間的對話，父親苦勸兒子留下，但兒子執意離開，短短的歌曲精準描寫兩代衝突及親子溝通上常見的問題。而節目最後，我們選擇Cat Stevens收錄在專輯當中最簡單的一曲來隔空歡唱：【Morning has broken】(清晨破曉)，出自他1971年推出的專輯【Teaser and the Firecat 】。以下附歌詞，我們大聲唱歌紓壓3分鐘。
