11月3日。11月很妙，出現兩個關於男性(Male)的節日，一是11月第一個星期四「國際男子下廚日」（National Men Make Dinner Day），鼓勵對廚房感到陌生的男性朋友，嘗試在當天為自己或家人朋友烹煮晚餐，今年這個節日是在11月6日那天，大家可以體驗看看; 而另一個，是11/19 International Men’s Day「國際男人節」，主要表揚男性對社會所做的貢獻。也確實一直都有婦女節，這個自1992年起才被聯合國教科文組織認可的節日，可以促進性別的平衡。
今天除仔細為大家介紹這兩個特別的節日，也分享許多和食物相關的好歌。
