12月15日。找到屬於自己的愛和動力，那種即便累垮、被人糟蹋也不想改變、不被動搖的愛。因為沒有愛和動力，要怎麼踏入新的一年呢？聖誕將至，我準備用兩集節目和大家分享一連串好聽的聖誕歌曲，也談各地各國聖誕節期特有的慶祝習慣。
今日曲目上半段，有Michael Bublé 的It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas ，還有來自日本Tatsuro Yamashita山下達郎的Christmas Eve、 波多黎各歌手José Feliciano 紅遍全球的Feliz Navidad 、英國Paul McCartney 的 Wonderful Christmastime 、Elton John 的Step Into Christmas ，和Queen 樂團的Thank God It's Christmas 。下半段則全是美國聖誕歌曲，包括Ella Fitzgerald 的Sleigh Ride 、少年Stevie Wonder 17歲的作品 Some Day At Christmas 、John Lennon和 Yoko Ono的反戰和平宣言Happy Xmas (War Is Over) ，以及最熱場的聖誕必播歌曲：Mariah Carey 的All I Want for Christmas Is You。
節目最後隔空歡唱的時間，我們合唱John Lennon和妻子 Yoko Ono 1971年創寫的這首【 Happy Xmas (War Is Over) 】。這首歌在互道聖誕快樂的同時宣告： “War Is Over, If You Want It”（如果你願意，戰爭可以結束），這不只在說國與國之間的戰爭呢，應該說我們內心所有的戰爭、偏見和對立，只要願意，也都是隨時可以結束的。而歌曲一開始的提問And So This Is Christmas, What Have You Done? 也很有意思，我們在合唱的同時也問問自己吧：過去的一年我們有讓自己的世界和周圍的世界變好一點嗎？ 來，我們一起唱歌，以下附歌詞。
