12月29日，播出今年最後一集節目了。可惜【愛的故事】不在12月31日播出，不是能陪伴大家跨年的節目，不過今晚我還是為自己和大家認真挑選了十多首跨年歌曲，有的對未來充滿期待，有的回顧過去一年，有慶賀也有沉澱的，也有的為自己加油打氣，無論聽眾朋友身在何處，正經歷些什麼，都願這些音樂成為你的陪伴。我們就在音樂當中跨越這一年，一同步入下一段旅程。
