2月23日。我的流行音樂達人朋友 #howard 接續他上個月的主題分享，今天是「以城市地方為名的歌曲」 Part 2：美國篇。我們從美國南方開始，大致以逆時針的方向進行音樂旅行，城市包括Tennessee 、Kentucky 、Georgia 、Memphis 、Massachusetts 、New York 、Chicago ，然後飛到本土之外，到美國面積最大的聯邦州，最西北端的Alasca，最後以3首加州相關的歌曲： California Girls 、It Never Rains in Southern California 、 Hotel California做結束。
這些歌曲有的歌頌夢想、有的紀念人物，有的唱著思念、也有的充滿困惑。確實，「地方」只是背景，真正在經歷歌曲的都是人們自己，所描述的也都是人的心境。這些「以城市地方為名的歌曲」真正在書寫的，是「人」本身，內容談的是人的心思、人的感觸，人的慾望和夢想，是「人」提升了「地方」，也是「人」把自己困住在某處、或定義了某地。歡迎收聽Bravo FM91.3【愛的故事】一一以城市地方為名的歌 （美國篇）。
