今天7月27日。本週我們遇上一個有趣的日子：8/1 National Girlfriend Day ( ＃女友日 )。
其實Girlfriend(女友)這個字，在150多年前的人們心中就是「女性朋友」，想不到男女戀愛那方面去，是到20世紀尤其是二次世界大戰之後約會文化興起，Girlfriend才慢慢演變成現在「女朋友」的意思。近年來有些人把8/1這天變成情侶放閃、寵溺女友、送女友大禮的日子，我就跳過這類想法。本集節目我們來慶祝「友情」、歌頌「陪伴」的力量，管它是女性朋友還是男性朋友，是戀人是朋友還是夫妻，友誼都是這當中最有份量的價值，我覺得人生可以說因為有了朋友，我們變得更幸福、也更加完整。
