今天愛的故事節目邀請到一位非常有才的視覺藝術家丶同時也是阿根廷探戈舞蹈家 ，以及 ＃格桑製作 舞蹈劇場的創辦人 ＃吳依凡 。這位從北藝大美術創作研究所畢業、年年辦畫展的藝術家，在直覺和命運的牽引下，漸漸把自己的畫布擴張，以劇場的方式，展出她的策劃、編排、她的舞蹈還有創意。

3月30日。小學之後我們就不過兒童節了，除非成為父母，有可能為了孩子多少慶祝丶一起去兒童樂園或哪裡走走。可是我們每個人都曾經是兒童啊，何不趁這個日子，回憶一下自己是怎麼突然長大的，那些曾經的好奇、想像與夢想，是如何在成長的過程中慢慢轉變。當年那個孩子，或許，還一直都待在我們心中呢。

慶祝4月4日兒童節，今天的這一集《愛的故事》，上半段從歌曲The Rainbow Connection（彩虹的連結）出發，我們走進兒時的記憶（When I Was A Boy） 、回想和同伴一起的快樂(All Together Now )、思考成長和人生(The Circle Game) 、也理解那些被自己忽略、被旁人誤解的童年(James 、Childhood )。下半段節目，我們把目光轉向「陪伴」。透過一首首動人的歌曲，重新思考父母與孩子之間的愛與責任。我倒覺得在努力成為好父母、好師長之先，我們要有意願更認識、更理解自己，唯有整頓好自己的心，孩子們才願意親近。因為陪伴孩子、理解他們固然重要，但絕不是單向的付出而已，藉著和孩子們相處，我們找回自己的初心和童心，那麼在一起的時光就是互相陪伴、彼此受益，而不是上對下的給予和消耗。

3月9日。你有睡飽嗎？我沒有．．，每天我都在懊悔中上床，覺得對不起自己。發現本週遇上的節日居然是 ＃世界睡眠日 。於是懷著對自己歉疚的心情寫下這集節目，除了討論「睡眠」這件事，也為大家特別挑選好聽的歌單，都和睡眠相關。

自2008年起，全球在每年節氣春分之前的星期五，會有呼籲重視睡眠質量的活動，也就是「世界睡眠日」（World Sleep Day），今年的時間座落在3月13日本週五。這個節日是世界睡眠聯盟（World Sleep Federation, WSF），和世界睡眠學會（World Sleep Society, WSS）共同發起的（還真想不到有這些組織），推動這節日的原因是他們發現，現代人因生活壓力與習慣，普遍「輕視」睡眠對健康與幸福的重要性…。我覺得「輕視」這詞用得太對，我就是優先順序一直錯置，把睡眠「輕視地」放在最後面了。為喚起大眾關注睡眠不足帶來的健康風險，這一天睡眠醫學專家們將紛紛提醒我們：「好好睡覺是基本人權，大家要給予尊重」，更何況睡眠和記憶力、免疫力、心臟健康、情緒，以及慢性疼痛都大有關係呢。歡迎收聽Bravo FM91.3【愛的故事】—世界睡眠日。

3月2日。本週遇上的節日是：國際婦女節 (International Women’s Day)。為什麼婦女節訂在3月8日？原來不是慶祝，而是一個抗爭的紀念，今天在節目中帶大家瞭解，也從欣賞各個年代關於女性的歌曲丶以及以男性觀看女性視角的歌曲，一同來經歷女性覺醒的歷史演變。

寫節目的時候，我發現女性覺醒的速度，在最初其實相當緩慢。因為早在100多年前，包括紐約、芝加哥和麻州的女性勞工運動，以及1917年俄羅斯聖彼得堡紡織女工組織的罷工抗議，這些呼喊照理應該串連了女性的覺醒，但在主流的流行歌曲當中，卻一直要到60年代，才出現像Dusty Springfield 的You Don't Own Me（你並不擁有我）和Aretha Franklin 的Respect （尊重）這樣的曲子，唱出「被尊重」的要求，這呼喊不是怒吼著想要打敗誰，完全只是劃出該有的界線而已，女性不願再做男人故事中的女主角，現在開始書寫自己當主角的歌。然後70年代從Helen Reddy用第一人稱說明女性的 I Am Woman （我是女人），到Chaka Khan的I'm Every Woman (我代表每個女人），自此女力覺醒飛快展開，至少在西洋主流流行音樂上，是這樣呈現出來的。歡迎收聽Bravo FM91.3【愛的故事】—國際婦女節。

2月23日。我的流行音樂達人朋友 #howard 接續他上個月的主題分享，今天是「以城市地方為名的歌曲」 Part 2：美國篇。我們從美國南方開始，大致以逆時針的方向進行音樂旅行，城市包括Tennessee 、Kentucky 、Georgia 、Memphis 、Massachusetts 、New York 、Chicago ，然後飛到本土之外，到美國面積最大的聯邦州，最西北端的Alasca，最後以3首加州相關的歌曲： California Girls 、It Never Rains in Southern California 、 Hotel California做結束。

2月16日。不必計較誰比誰更被愛，因為這個世界從來不是分「被愛」和「不被愛」兩種人。值得思考的是，為何有人心中滿是愛，有人卻彷彿與愛無緣，甚至連對自己都吝於給愛，終日怨嘆自己的不幸和世界的不公平呢？

本週遇上2/14西洋情人節，因為世界上的情歌太多，今天就以情歌嘉年華的方式和聽眾朋友分享歌中的愛。曲目包括邊鬥嘴邊談感情的Let's Call The Whole Thing Off ，想和對方走到盡頭的情歌When I'm Sixty Four 以及If，純粹戀慕的 Close to you、Can't Help Falling In Love ，想告白的Love Love Love ，談信任和理解的How Deep Is Your Love ，講成全與祝福的I Will Always Love You ，此外，'Till There Was You 是描述被愛點亮的人生，La vie en rose 講在愛情中的溫柔目光，也有各串流平台情人節首選歌曲 Bruno Mars 的Just The Way You Are 。原本想以Stevie Wonder 的I Just Called To Say I Love You鼓勵大家多表達愛的，可惜因為時間過長決定刪除。而最後送給大家慶祝情人節的總結歌曲是：What The World Needs Now Is Love（這個世界目前最需要的，是愛）。

2月2日，再過兩天就是 ＃立春 了。「立」是「開始」的意思，「立春」指的是「春天就要開始」，或許從地面上看來天氣還冷不像春天，但地底下的生命已經開始甦醒，大自然真是有它精準的規律。2月4日「立春」，邀請大家開始期待春天，把冬日的冷，無論是體感溫度、還是心情的冷都拋在腦後，我們準備迎向回暖的春天。

1月26日 ＃國際海關日 。可能有人覺得「海關」和我們沒有太大關係，只有出國的時候經過，其實它影響我們每天的生活。我們穿的衣服、用的手機、喝的咖啡豆，幾乎每一樣都曾通過海關，它是各國家第一道的防線，阻擋危險物品進入，也保護生活的環境，守護各國文化遺產。確實，交通打開了世界的交流，但流通的秩序需要制度來守護，這就是「海關」的工作。

1月12日。提到「以城市地方為名」的歌曲，你心中浮現什麼歌了呢？今天我的西洋流行歌曲達人朋友 #howard 龔立煒為我們挑選出10首經典名曲，邀請大家和我們邊聊邊欣賞，深入理解歌曲的意涵。

1月5日，今天談新年立志。2026年我盼望自己：1活得更勇敢，2更成熟，3好好陪伴身邊的人，也心懷感激的被陪伴。

12月15日。找到屬於自己的愛和動力，那種即便累垮、被人糟蹋也不想改變、不被動搖的愛。因為沒有愛和動力，要怎麼踏入新的一年呢？聖誕將至，我準備用兩集節目和大家分享一連串好聽的聖誕歌曲，也談各地各國聖誕節期特有的慶祝習慣。

11月24日。每年11月底在泰國的Lopburi(華富里首府)，都舉辦相當特別的慶典活動，吸引大批遊客觀賞，那就是讓猴子吃All you can eat大餐的Monkey Buffet Festival #monkeybuffetfestival ，應該叫它【猴子自助餐節】嗎？或說是【猴子盛宴節】，那場面之壯觀，不是幾十幾百隻哦，是幾千隻長尾獼猴！他們跳上桌大吃大喝人們提供2、3公噸的蔬菜、水果丶甜點，加上汽水飲料，猴子們在那裡真的是大開趴！今年2025的猴子節慶將在11/30，正好是這集節目重播的那天舉辦。

11月10日。通常覺得失敗，都只是沒能在自己希望的時間點上獲得想要的結果。

11月3日。11月很妙，出現兩個關於男性(Male)的節日，一是11月第一個星期四「國際男子下廚日」（National Men Make Dinner Day），鼓勵對廚房感到陌生的男性朋友，嘗試在當天為自己或家人朋友烹煮晚餐，今年這個節日是在11月6日那天，大家可以體驗看看; 而另一個，是11/19 International Men’s Day「國際男人節」，主要表揚男性對社會所做的貢獻。也確實一直都有婦女節，這個自1992年起才被聯合國教科文組織認可的節日，可以促進性別的平衡。

10月20日，【愛的故事】— 專訪 #春麵樂隊 ChuNoodle 。春麵樂隊是一支傑出的四人樂團，也是臺灣目前唯一一支以單簧管家族樂器做獨立音樂的創作組合。既擁有古典音樂的底蘊 (低音單簧管演奏家 #高承胤 +單簧管演奏家 ＃楊蕙瑄 )，也融入當代流行音樂的溫度（超強吉他手/ #葉超 ），更特別的，是他們源自母語的韻味 (主唱/ #賴予喬 主要以客語、河洛語寫曲和演唱)。
春麵樂隊自成軍以來屢屢獲獎：2018首張EP【狐狸莫笑貓】以「我在你的眼睛我看到了你」獲第10屆(2019年)金音創作獎「最佳跨界/世界音樂單曲獎」; 2020首張客語創作專輯【到底】，獲得2021年新加坡Freshmusic Awards 《最佳新團體》，同年獲第32屆金曲獎GMA《最佳客語專輯》、《最佳客語歌手》、《年度最佳專輯》三項大獎入圍，最後榮獲《最佳客語專輯》獎項。
今年的新專輯《下回上去》，概念發想源自 2024 年春麵樂隊於 TIFA 台灣藝術節的製作《後現代登高指南》，此專輯之製作人蕭賀碩，就是當時節目製作的音樂總監。這次邀集多位優秀的音樂人參與其中，包含爵士音樂家羅妍婷、打擊樂手 Sayun張幼欣，以及旅台的韓籍低音提琴dongyi東熙。此外，電子音樂家鹿比∞吠陀也參與專輯當中〈半山謠〉的編曲。獲獎無數的錄音師蔡周翰親自操刀混錄音工程，他以極具深度與親密感的室內樂形式，充分將春麵樂隊無可取代的樂團編制及跨界能量推至極境，木管樂器溫厚的音色與室內樂的聲響，如同綿延不斷的山稜線，描繪著內心的輪廓，起伏不定卻始終前行。

今天10月13日。我的西洋流行音樂達人朋友Howard龔總再度現身擔任DJ，為大家挑選了我個人比較陌生的音樂領域，開啟我相當不同的學習。【愛的故事】—Howard的重金屬搖滾世界2！
上次和Howard討論重金屬音樂對我有點衝擊，錄完節目之後，那些鼓、電吉他、電bass和歌手吶喊的高聲音頻整個在我腦中爆炸一個多禮拜…。不過這次Howard選擇的歌曲相對和緩，曲目包括 英國樂團Def Leppard 的Love Bites 、美國硬式搖滾樂團Damn Yankees 的High Enough 、Extreme 的抒情名曲More Than Words ，也有前不久才來台灣的Guns N' Roses 的兩首歌曲：Don't Cry 和Patience ，另外還分享稀有的重金屬女子團體 Heart (Ann and Nancy Wilson)，她們超有人氣的 這首Alone 、氣場宏大的重金屬魔王Ozzy Osbourne 和 Lita Ford 合作，一起合唱有歌劇魅影感的Close My Eyes Forever 、美國華麗金屬團體Mötley Crüe的 Without You ，然後最後則是連我這種完全沒接觸這些音樂的人都聽過的Mr. Big 的To Be With You。

10月6日，大家中秋節快樂！
我有一個哲學博士表哥，經常拿一些詭異怪誕的問題，鬧著要年紀還小的我和姊姊解題，那時我才10歲不到吧？非常有趣的表哥。記得他講，人只要看著月亮10分鐘，立刻就會開始做哲學思考，這令我印象深刻。月亮的一切著實令人著迷和發想，不難理解它為何總是詩人、藝術家和作曲家的靈感來源。
【愛的故事】 —中秋節的月亮之歌。關於月亮的歌曲實在多，每年中秋輪著播放幾年也是播不完的，今天在節目中為各位選播的，有的以顏色形容月亮，像是粉紅色、黃色或藍色，這些顏色訴說觀月者不同的心境; 也有的把月亮比喻成遙不可及的夢想或愛情，更多的歌曲透過月亮來訴說思念。我在猜，大概是因為月亮一直以同一面朝向我們（月球繞地球公轉一圈，剛好完成自轉一圈，所以它永遠同一面朝向地球），似乎就給出一種永遠關注著我們的深情感，不然怎麼會有「月亮代表我的心」這種歌，有道理對不對？

9月29日。聽眾朋友知道 ＃世界動物日 （World Animal Day）嗎？它選定在每年的10/4，主要是紀念12世紀義大利傳教士聖方濟各，因為這日是天主教傳統中聖方濟各的瞻禮日。這位聖徒以熱愛動物和自然著稱，他視所有生命為手足，稱他們為弟兄姊妹，並主張人類應向「獻愛心給人類的動物們」致謝。據說他曾向一大群鳥兒講道，勉勵他們珍惜羽翼和感謝上帝所賜的飛行能力，也勸退野狼不再傷害人畜。

9月22日。本週遇上928教師節，又是一個令人心懷感謝的日子。

來到9月15日，一整個沒有藉口的丶完全就是開學了。

8月4日。今天在節目裡向大家介紹一個非官方、十分幽默的節日：8月10日 ＃國際懶惰日 (International Lazy Day)。
懶惰雖然被公認是負面的特質，但我今晚將分享一些有趣的顛覆論點，包括：懶惰是一種「節能模式」，能幫助我們保存體力以面對真正的挑戰；以及，它也是壓力的保護機制，是身體自我調節的「保護資源模式」…等等。當然，我也沒忘奉上多首「懶惰金曲」。

今天是7月28日。每年七月也就是現在，在世界另一頭的非洲肯亞，正出現野生動物大遷徙，那是我們難以想像丶生命循環的壯麗景況。
此時此刻，在肯亞有200多萬隻草食動物，包括牛羚、斑馬和瞪羚會結伴前行，踏上漫長的遷徙之路，找尋新的水源和青草。雖然面對著湍急河流當中鱷魚的威脅，和大草原上各種掠食動物的伺機圍捕，但就像是回應著生命的呼召，他們帶著使命遷徙，看似為求生，實質上牽動整個生態，為非洲草原帶來更新活化、極大的好處，這場看似無聲的旅程，真正充滿激動人心的意義。

7月14日。紅色和綠色之於狗貓，是無法想像但確實存在的東西; 同樣，我無法想像卻真實存在的事物真的太多，就不再說什麼「眼見為憑」了，因為就是有眼也不見得看得到看得懂呢。
大多數哺乳動物如馬羊狗貓都是色盲，包括「牛」在內喔，他們的世界只有黑、白、灰，這令我感到意外耶。因為一般都認為牛討厭紅色，不然為什麼鬥牛士要揮動紅布來鬥牛呢？今天節目，我將帶大家一起全面來瞭解「牛」「鬥牛」「鬥牛士」，和西班牙的鬥牛文化。確實，每年的７月6日到7月14日，是西班牙Pamplona城的「 #奔牛節 」慶典，看來西班牙人身體裡淌流著愛冒險的血液，不然為什麼樂此不疲的舉辦，和參加這種高風險的奔牛活動（平均每年都有50-100人次受傷），接著他們觀賞鬥牛，深覺這既殘酷又浪漫。今天分享的所有音樂都和鬥牛相關，歌曲中的「鬥牛」，某種程度代表人們生存的姿態，大家盼望自己就像鬥牛士，在人生的競技場上無懼的面對挑戰，又在群眾的吶喊歡呼聲中，揮動著命運的紅巾，優雅轉身。

7月7日。本週碰上一個日子：７月11日航海節，我查了一下感覺有趣，就完成這一集關於航海節的節目。
課本上我們都讀過鄭和七次下西洋的事蹟，但應該沒有人知道1405年7月11日是他帶領2萬7千8百人出海的首航日，航海節基本上就在紀念620年前的這一天。今天節目中我為大家整理「鄭和下西洋」的種種細節還有「鄭和」這個人，相當有意思，分享的歌曲當然也應景。我發現和航行航海相關的歌多半影射人生旅程，必定提到跨越風浪、啟航遠去的決心，也常以乘船歸來比喻靈魂的歸航; 水手通常泛指所有在風浪中仍然奮力前進的人們; 最後自自然然會討論靈性上的自我追尋，航行的過程中仰望星空，在南十字星的引領之下，重新找到自己的定位。也確實，在海上面對著風浪航向未知，需要決心和一點冒險精神，不就像我們的人生一樣？

今天是【國際奧林匹克日】(Olympic Day)，這一天紀念著1894年６月23那日，法國人文思想教育家Pierre de Coubertin（人稱「現代奧林匹克之父」）所做的努力，他在四處奔走倡議多年之後，終於成立奧林匹克委員會，讓古希臘奧運競賽得以在兩年後重新啟動，恢復讓全球能和平參與、透過體育公平競爭的平台。

６月9日。媽媽進出醫院急診，住院出院又再住院再轉院，從普通病房進加護病房到期待著明天轉普通病房，這往返探望的日子至今正好滿一個月。這中間我想很多：儘管人生是這樣，路的盡頭註定要分離，但一路上我們分擔焦慮也擁有彼此的陪伴，這些互相安慰、分享和分擔的時光，比起憂心愁煩絕對是可貴太多，所以即便朝離別前進，我還是覺得溫暖快樂。

5月26日。那些粗糙的人事物令我窒息，所幸我們擁有音樂和藝術，這真正是救贖與祝福。

5月19日。今天在節目中為大家邀請到俠女般的人物，在無意間看到一則盜用民眾捐助善款的新聞報導之後，她決定投身於會計相關的學習，以便日後以所學守護正義，她就是「日晟聯合會計師事務所」的執業會計師 #張宏如 ，也擔任「 #財團法人醫院評鑑暨醫療品質策進會」 的董事、監察人，和「 #財團法人器官捐贈移植登錄及病人自主推廣中心 」的董事、監察人，更是「 #犀犀公益平台 」的創辦人。
除了會計及稅法的雙碩士學歷之外，會計師張宏如出人意料之外的，還在事業成功之際拿到哲學博士學位，完整了自認欠缺的文史哲類基礎！
