9月1日。我們對特定事物有時帶有偏執，從飲食、起居環境、服裝用品，到聆聽的音樂可能都有；嚴重一點的給自己砌一道牆，絕對不碰非自我認定正確的東西，好比在古典樂迷的莊嚴宇宙裡，形式比較簡化的流行音樂難有立足之地。
我來自古典音樂訓練的背景，很能體會那種聽音樂時不由自主給出的標準。不過透過主持節目，我漸漸體會出西洋流行音樂的廣闊和趣味。確定的是，古典和流行音樂兩者都是情感的表達，但強調的重點不同，一個著重結構和發展，另一個重視直覺上立即的共感。今天和聽眾朋友談流行和古典在碰撞之下產生的火花，為大家精心挑選靈感來自古典樂曲的西洋歌曲共9首，內容精彩歡迎收聽。

今天8月25日，我還在澳洲，剩下一場在布里斯本SunPac的演出。
每年8月的最後一個週三，西班牙東部的Brñol小鎮，會出現一個節慶活動：【 La Tomatina 】＃蕃茄節，人們互擲番茄相當瘋狂。本週三我們遇上這特別的慶典，雖然沒能在現場親自體驗，但我有做足功課，容我在節目中為大家仔細介紹，盼望讓大家身歷其境一番。

8月18日。今晚在我帶領【非非藝術團隊】直飛澳洲布里斯本演出的同時，歡迎大家收聽8-9點Bravo FM91.3的【愛的故事】。

8月4日。今天在節目裡向大家介紹一個非官方、十分幽默的節日：8月10日 ＃國際懶惰日 (International Lazy Day)。
懶惰雖然被公認是負面的特質，但我今晚將分享一些有趣的顛覆論點，包括：懶惰是一種「節能模式」，能幫助我們保存體力以面對真正的挑戰；以及，它也是壓力的保護機制，是身體自我調節的「保護資源模式」…等等。當然，我也沒忘奉上多首「懶惰金曲」。

今天是7月28日。每年七月也就是現在，在世界另一頭的非洲肯亞，正出現野生動物大遷徙，那是我們難以想像丶生命循環的壯麗景況。
此時此刻，在肯亞有200多萬隻草食動物，包括牛羚、斑馬和瞪羚會結伴前行，踏上漫長的遷徙之路，找尋新的水源和青草。雖然面對著湍急河流當中鱷魚的威脅，和大草原上各種掠食動物的伺機圍捕，但就像是回應著生命的呼召，他們帶著使命遷徙，看似為求生，實質上牽動整個生態，為非洲草原帶來更新活化、極大的好處，這場看似無聲的旅程，真正充滿激動人心的意義。

7月14日。紅色和綠色之於狗貓，是無法想像但確實存在的東西; 同樣，我無法想像卻真實存在的事物真的太多，就不再說什麼「眼見為憑」了，因為就是有眼也不見得看得到看得懂呢。
大多數哺乳動物如馬羊狗貓都是色盲，包括「牛」在內喔，他們的世界只有黑、白、灰，這令我感到意外耶。因為一般都認為牛討厭紅色，不然為什麼鬥牛士要揮動紅布來鬥牛呢？今天節目，我將帶大家一起全面來瞭解「牛」「鬥牛」「鬥牛士」，和西班牙的鬥牛文化。確實，每年的７月6日到7月14日，是西班牙Pamplona城的「 #奔牛節 」慶典，看來西班牙人身體裡淌流著愛冒險的血液，不然為什麼樂此不疲的舉辦，和參加這種高風險的奔牛活動（平均每年都有50-100人次受傷），接著他們觀賞鬥牛，深覺這既殘酷又浪漫。今天分享的所有音樂都和鬥牛相關，歌曲中的「鬥牛」，某種程度代表人們生存的姿態，大家盼望自己就像鬥牛士，在人生的競技場上無懼的面對挑戰，又在群眾的吶喊歡呼聲中，揮動著命運的紅巾，優雅轉身。

7月7日。本週碰上一個日子：７月11日航海節，我查了一下感覺有趣，就完成這一集關於航海節的節目。
課本上我們都讀過鄭和七次下西洋的事蹟，但應該沒有人知道1405年7月11日是他帶領2萬7千8百人出海的首航日，航海節基本上就在紀念620年前的這一天。今天節目中我為大家整理「鄭和下西洋」的種種細節還有「鄭和」這個人，相當有意思，分享的歌曲當然也應景。我發現和航行航海相關的歌多半影射人生旅程，必定提到跨越風浪、啟航遠去的決心，也常以乘船歸來比喻靈魂的歸航; 水手通常泛指所有在風浪中仍然奮力前進的人們; 最後自自然然會討論靈性上的自我追尋，航行的過程中仰望星空，在南十字星的引領之下，重新找到自己的定位。也確實，在海上面對著風浪航向未知，需要決心和一點冒險精神，不就像我們的人生一樣？

６月23日。無論是棋士、運動選手還是人生鬥士，他們總帶著武士精神挺直腰桿，因為面對這個決鬥的世界，該做的事只有一件，就是竭盡全力奔跑到最後。
今天是【國際奧林匹克日】(Olympic Day)，這一天紀念著1894年６月23那日，法國人文思想教育家Pierre de Coubertin（人稱「現代奧林匹克之父」）所做的努力，他在四處奔走倡議多年之後，終於成立奧林匹克委員會，讓古希臘奧運競賽得以在兩年後重新啟動，恢復讓全球能和平參與、透過體育公平競爭的平台。

６月9日。媽媽進出醫院急診，住院出院又再住院再轉院，從普通病房進加護病房到期待著明天轉普通病房，這往返探望的日子至今正好滿一個月。這中間我想很多：儘管人生是這樣，路的盡頭註定要分離，但一路上我們分擔焦慮也擁有彼此的陪伴，這些互相安慰、分享和分擔的時光，比起憂心愁煩絕對是可貴太多，所以即便朝離別前進，我還是覺得溫暖快樂。

5月19日。今天在節目中為大家邀請到俠女般的人物，在無意間看到一則盜用民眾捐助善款的新聞報導之後，她決定投身於會計相關的學習，以便日後以所學守護正義，她就是「日晟聯合會計師事務所」的執業會計師 #張宏如 ，也擔任「 #財團法人醫院評鑑暨醫療品質策進會」 的董事、監察人，和「 #財團法人器官捐贈移植登錄及病人自主推廣中心 」的董事、監察人，更是「 #犀犀公益平台 」的創辦人。

4月14日。有這樣的一個音樂人，在準備自己大學畢業音樂會，也就是差不多22、23歲時，才遇見一生摯愛的樂器和音樂（非原本主修），他整個陷入其中，那深深的喜愛轉為堅定的追求，顧不得自己一句西班牙話也不會，這人直接寄信給他欣賞的阿根廷手風琴家，也居然幸運獲得回應，就一路展開瘋狂學習，兩年之後他獲得德國克林根塔手風琴大賽首獎，再兩年，又獲義大利恰諾手風琴大賽班多紐組及皮亞佐拉組雙料首獎。今天我們在節目中邀請到這位獲多項國際大獎，並二度受邀赴阿根廷國際探戈藝術節演出的 bandoneón手風琴演奏家 #吳詠隆 (Mark)，與我們分享他精彩的學習歷程和人生追求。

2月3日。生命當中那些大小的選擇，出發點應該都只是「我願意」，而不是犧牲似的「為了你」，更不必說是「為了祢」 ，我反對這種思維之後理所當然的索取。
好快的，我們進入2月。今天的節目為大家整理2月份世界上的三大慶典活動，包括南法的尼斯嘉年華、義大利的威尼斯嘉年華（面具節）、巴西里約嘉年華，以及2月2日在美加地區、相對比較小的一個慶祝日：Groundhog Day（土撥鼠節），這可愛的節日使我想起那部老電影 Groundhog Day（今天暫時停止,1993），就在節目中也和大家認真聊了一下。

歡迎收聽今晚8點Bravo FM 91.3【愛的故事】。本週遇上雙十國慶，我於是為大家整理包括台灣在內，各國各地的國慶紀念方式。各國選擇國慶紀念的日期，某種程度代表著各自強調和重視的方向，光是查看這些原因就相當有趣味。其中我最喜歡格陵蘭，不像大部分國家紀念革命成功或獨立建國，他們的國慶是選在一年之中日照時間最長的那一天，那可是光明之日，教堂前居民穿著傳統服裝祈禱歌唱，在冰山前舉辦演唱會，居民帶著烹煮用具合力升火，料理海豹肉等傳統食物，大家在國慶日歡喜慶祝，開心迎接日不落的夏天，這證實格陵蘭人是大自然的國民。

9月30日。歡迎收聽今晚8點Bravo FM 91.3【愛的故事】一Howard 的電影時代part 5 : 舞蹈電影！
我的西洋音樂達人朋友 #Howard 今天為大家帶來包括【週末的狂熱】（Saturday Night Fever,1977) 丶【火爆浪子 】（Grease,1978)和【仙纳杜的狂熱 】 （ Xanadu,1980) 等Disco音樂全盛時期的歌曲；也介紹1983 年那部影評差卻是賣座佳的舞蹈電影【閃舞 】 （Flash Dance）主題歌，還有英國喜劇電影【一路到底，脫線舞男】（The Full Monty, 1997)，它真是一部很可愛有意思的片子，Howard說他到香港出差，看見滿街電影廣告看板，整個笑出來，因為它被命名為【光豬六壯士】．．！當然也談到2016年最受好評的舞蹈電影【 Lalaland 】（樂來樂愛你）。

9月23日。面對不合邏輯但美麗的事物，不必想太多，沈浸其中就好，這可也是人生樂趣之一呢。本週遇上928教師節，所以今晚8點Bravo FM 91.3【愛的故事】，我們在節目當中向教師致敬。

今天分享的歌曲包括60年代美國民謠歌手Pete Seeger創寫的【Teacher's Blues】，他以藍調音樂和幽默睿智的歌詞為教育工作者發聲 ; 70年代英國搖滾樂團Jethro Tull推出的【Teacher】，對面臨低潮的朋友相當具啟發性; 連Elton John都在1973年寫出【Teacher I Need You】(老師我需要你) 這樣的歌了！還有美國南方搖滾樂隊38 Special 1984 年的【Teacher, Teacher】、Paul Simon 2000 年推出的【The Teacher】，都點出教師指引和陪伴的身份。此外也介紹蘇格蘭歌手Lulu的【To Sir With Love】（1967年電影吾愛吾師的主題歌曲），也有幾首關於校園和教育的歌： Beach Boys 海灘男孩1963 年的校園熱血歌曲【Be True To Your School】（對學校忠誠）、The Beatles 披頭四樂團1967年肯定學校教育的這首【Getting Better】（變得更好），以及英國搖滾天團Pink Floyd（平克·佛洛伊德）的Another Brick In The Wall (高牆上的另一塊磚, 1979專輯 The Wall) ，是對傳統填鴨式教育提出深切反省、吶喊的聲音，也是挑戰威權教師的名曲。總之以教師為主題的歌比想像中多。
